  Unprofessional. I contacted Ayondip for 2 conveyancing jobs...
  - i was NOT INFORMED that he would leave shortly after, despite knowing that the cases were time sensitive. Only after i made my payment for instruction I was told it was his last week and Reshma would take over.
  - There was no overlap between the two, there has been NO PROGRESS on my cases for more than 2 weeks
  - Ayondip was supposed to buy searches from a previous buyer with 1.5 month left on them. I am yet to be informed if they got them or not, and they should expire in less than a month now
  - it is very hard to get in touch with Reshma. Even after chasing her by phone, she felt totally lost with my cases, called me back at best after 2 days (or not at all) and knew less than I did on my cases.
  After complaining and asked to escalate my issues, i manage to speak to Trevor. He was professional and got back to me with my info within the hour, but it really should not get to that point....
  I strongly advice against going with this office. Conveyancing quotes are pretty much the same everywhere... look somewhere else.
